Dispatch Method
All orders placed with Dr Reckeweg (UK) LTD are dispatched using Royal Mail 1st Class or Courier for bulk orders service.
Processing and Dispatch
Orders are processed promptly during normal business hours. Once an order has been dispatched, it is considered complete and cannot be cancelled, amended, or redirected.
Proof of postage is retained for all dispatched orders.
Delivery Delays
While we make every effort to ensure timely dispatch, we are not responsible for delays caused by Royal Mail or couriers or by circumstances outside our control, including but not limited to adverse weather conditions, industrial action, or peak seasonal demand.
Lost Items
If your order has not been received, you must notify us within 3 days of the expected delivery date.
Claims reported outside of this timeframe may not be accepted.
Once notified, customers are required to submit a lost item claim directly with Royal Mail or Courier company, as the delivery service is provided by them. We are unable to submit claims on behalf of customers once an item has been confirmed as dispatched.
Incorrect Delivery Details
Customers are responsible for ensuring that all delivery details provided at checkout are accurate and complete. We cannot accept responsibility for non-delivery resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information.
